比推消息，Distributed Finance 周二宣布完成 250 万美元种子轮融资，并收购了 Algorand NFT 市场 Rand Gallery，新合资企业旨在促进 Algorand 生态系统中NFT和去中心化自治组织（DAO）的发展。

种子轮融资由 Borderless Capital 领投， 其他投资者包括 Algorand Foundation、Eterna Capital、Big Brain Holdings 和 Fun Fair Ventures。新的 250 万美元资金将用于启动和扩展营利性 DAO 结构 Zest，继续发展 Rand Gallery 并推动招聘。
